Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role for an Insurance Advisor located in Lucknow. Some remote work is acceptable. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for advising clients on insurance options, assisting with policy selection, providing financial consulting, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, assessing their insurance needs, recommending suitable policies, and maintaining client records.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance and Finance
• Consulting and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Basic proficiency in office software applications
• Relevant certifications in insurance and finance are a plus
