Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mohali district for an Inside Sales Manager (IT Sales). The Inside Sales Manager will be accountable for driving IT sales, generating leads, and managing customer accounts. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, presenting product offerings, closing sales deals, and meeting sales targets. The role requires the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT Sales and Information Technology
• Skills in Lead Generation and Account Management
• Strong Sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in the organic products industry is a plus
