* To undertake on the repair and maintenance jobs requiring skill and expertise.
* To carry out repair and preventive maintenance work as per the maintenance planning instructions from Manager and report work completion to them.
* Follow standard operating procedures while working.
* Minimize wastage and rework by adapting good workmanship.
* Observe all safety precautions and wear personnel protective equipment wherever applicable. Observe all the hygienic measures necessary for food production purposes.
* Stop Air leakages immediately whenever sighted or reported in order to prevent loss.
* Attend the defect on receipt of Telephonic / verbal or written work order.
* To manage the shift operation in absence of shift in-charge / Engineer to the best of your ability, keeping production managers' informed.
