 Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Technician with hands-on experience in 2.5–3 MW FBC-based

boiler power plants. The role involves field-level maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and

support of instrumentation and control systems, along with day-to-day operational activities as

instructed, to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted plant operations.

 Key Responsibilities

 Carry out day-to-day instrumentation activities as instructed by the Instrumentation Engineer /

Shift In-charge.

 Maintain and service field instrumentation systems in cogen, turbine, boiler, DM plant, CHP, and

AHP areas.

 Perform calibration, checking, and routine inspection of pressure, temperature, flow, and level

instruments.

 Assist in operation and basic troubleshooting of PLC/DCS systems, control panels, and field

interlocks.

 Execute preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation equipment.

 Support annual shutdowns, loop checking, instrument installation, commissioning, and startup

activities.

 Handle control valves, actuators, positioners, and on-off valves under supervision.

 Coordinate closely with the Production / Operations Department to ensure smooth and safe plant

operation.

 Strictly follow SOPs, safety procedures, work permits, and plant operating guidelines.

 Maintain instrumentation tools, calibration equipment, spares, and proper housekeeping of work

areas.

 Ensure log books, calibration tags, and maintenance records are accurately updated.

 Attend and resolve instrument-related breakdowns promptly to minimize plant downtime.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
