Instrument Engineer

As an Executive in the EAM department at Syngene International Ltd., you will be responsible for the engineering and maintenance of formulation injectable and OSD facility systems in Bangalore. Your role will involve optimizing performance, enhancing organizational competency, and ensuring adherence to delivery, quality, and safety standards. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the functionality of automation related to process and equipment in the Formulation units, conducting preventive and breakdown maintenance of various machines and systems, and coordinating with OEM for automation and instrument issues. You will also be expected to adhere to standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, cGMP, QMS, and EHS requirements. To qualify for this role, you should have a BE in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE) with 4-6 years of experience in Formulation or Injectable Facility. Proficiency in programming languages such as PLC and HMI programming, hands-on experience with SCADA, DCS, and other industrial control systems, as well as knowledge of sensors, actuators, signal processing, and control theory are essential technical skills required for this position. Familiarity with relevant standards like IEC, ISA, or ISO will be an added advantage. In addition to technical skills, you should possess strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
