Instructor/ Tailoring Teacher/ Tailor

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lessons and curriculum on tailoring techniques and principles
• Lead and facilitate hands-on demonstrations and workshops
• Evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback
• Mentor students and provide support and guidance as needed
• Stay up-to-date on the latest tailoring techniques and developments in the fashion industry
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to provide a comprehensive education experience for studentsTailoring Teacher Qualifications & Skills

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, tailoring, or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience in tailoring or fashion design.
• Advanced knowledge of sewing machines and tailoring tools.
• Strong understanding of different fabrics and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and an eye for detail.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
