Qualifications

Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• Proficiency in Articulate 360, Articulate Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Captivate or Animate
• Proven experience in instructional design, preferably in the energy sector
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring similar tools
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
