Job Title Instructional Designer Location Kollam, Kerala Required Number 2 Qualification Bachelor's or master's degree. Job Description Design and develop instructional materials, including videos, simulations, and interactive learning experiences, that align with educational goals and outcomes. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needs and tailor materials accordingly. Create storyboards based on the content, and support video production teams, and animation teams by giving necessary details. Apply tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods to create innovative and engaging learning experiences. Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and adapt them based on feedback and assessment results. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning to continuously improve our offerings.
