As an Area Sales Manager in the Education Industry with a focus on School Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to market and promote the company's products as a One Stop School Solution in the schools within your designated area. You will also be required to develop the Distribution Channel to ensure the products reach the end customers in alignment with the company's rules and policies. You should have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the Education Industry and hold an MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institute, with a prior degree in BBA/B.Com. Graduates from technical streams will not be considered for this role. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, this position is based in Jaipur and requires a strong aptitude for marketing, particularly in the Institutional/School Marketing sector. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with effective presentation skills are essential. You should exhibit confidence, a professional demeanor, and possess analytical abilities to assess competition. Your key responsibilities include overseeing one state or part of a state, managing a team of two to three Business Development Managers, fostering teamwork, engaging with school management to finalize business concepts, conducting market studies on competition and product trends, mapping the market, and meeting with prospects for channel development.
