You will be joining CRSP Capital, a rapidly expanding NBFC, for a key role in fundraising and treasury management. As a valuable member of our team, you will utilize your 3-7 years of experience in treasury, debt syndication, or institutional fundraising to steer our capital strategy towards success. Your primary responsibilities will include raising and overseeing debt from banks and NBFCs, structuring funding deals, and managing treasury planning. You will also be tasked with cultivating and nurturing relationships with lenders, exploring opportunities in co-lending, securitization, and refinancing, as well as handling interactions with credit rating agencies and ensuring compliance. To excel in this role, we prefer candidates with a CA or MBA in Finance, a robust lender network, and exceptional negotiation and documentation skills. The position is based in Udaipur.
