Position: Business Development Head & Sales Manager (Institutions) Location: Daman or Kolkata Industry: B2B Packaging Products Experience: 20+ years in Sales/Business Development Age Criteria: 45 - 50 years hiring for a leading manufacturer and supplier of EPE (Expanded Polyethylene) foam products used in industrial and domestic packaging solutions. We are expanding our reach across key sectors like automotive, electronics, white goods, and other OEMs, and seek a strong business leader to drive this growth. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to head our Business Development and Institutional Sales vertical. The ideal candidate will have extensive B2B experience in the packaging industry and a proven ability to open new markets, lead teams, and grow key institutional accounts. This strategic role demands initiative, innovation, and a deep understanding of client needs in industries where EPE foam packaging plays a critical role Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage institutional sales and B2B partnerships across India.- Identify new business opportunities with OEMs in automotive, electronics, white goods, and industrial segments.- Strengthen the supply chain and market penetration of EPE foam products.- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence.- Build and nurture strong client relationships with key industry stakeholders.- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and quality supply.- Mentor and guide sales teams to achieve organizational targets
