Instapower has been involved with various projects innagurated by the Hon’ble PM. Role Description This is an on-site full-time role for a Sales Specialist. The role is located in New Delhi. The prodile includes experience and working with B2B and B2G customers. They shoukd have experience with working in government departments and specifiers. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, conducting sales activities, providing customer service, managing sales accounts, and offering training to clients. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for developing sales strategies and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales and Sales Management including preparing MIS. Ability to provide effective Training to clients and team members Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the lighting industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
