Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain

    Instana (SaaS and On-Prem)

    environments, including configuration, upgrades, agent management, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to onboard services into Instana for observability.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years

    of hands-on experience in

    IT Infrastructure Monitoring/Observability

    , including

    2-3 years with Instana

    .
  • Expertise in

    Instana setup, administration, and troubleshooting

    (both SaaS and On-Premise).
  • Strong experience with

    Linux system administration

  • Deep understanding of

    container orchestration

    , especially

    Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes

    .
  • Working knowledge of

    cloud platforms

  • Experience with scripting languages like

    Shell, Python, or Ansible

    .
