Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Instana (SaaS and On-Prem) environments, including configuration, upgrades, agent management, and troubleshooting.
Work with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to onboard services into Instana for observability.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure Monitoring/Observability , including 2–3 years with Instana .
Expertise in Instana setup, administration, and troubleshooting (both SaaS and On-Premise).
Strong experience with Linux system administration
Deep understanding of container orchestration , especially Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes .
Working knowledge of cloud platforms
Experience with scripting languages like Shell, Python, or Ansible .
