Installation/Project Manager

You will be responsible for managing customer hardware installations and post-installation support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and scalable business operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Serving as the Account Project Manager and main point of contact for customer teams and low voltage installation partners in India. - Traveling to customer sites in India and throughout SE Asia to oversee and validate installations. - Generating quotations, project documentation, and resourcing plans based on customer requirements. - Identifying, vetting, and managing agreements with subcontractors in the region. - Overseeing the delivery of installation projects, maintaining communication with customers and subcontractors, managing project documentation, and ensuring quality control. - Working with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of hardware and providing QA support for installers. - Configuring customer accounts on the company platform and performing quality control checks at installation sites. - Reconciling contractor invoices with quotes and providing technical support as needed. - Developing and maintaining technical knowledge of the company's product suite. - Maintaining internal and external documentation, including installation guides and standard operating procedures. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing and technology-focused project management role, with technical knowledge in low voltage/IoT hardware installations, AutoCAD, TCP/IP, RF, and PoE. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage subcontractors are essential. You should be willing to travel as required and possess intermediate computer skills. Additionally, it would be advantageous if you are a graduate in relevant fields, PMP certified, AutoCAD certified, and hold other enterprise AV/IT certifications. Demonstrated experience and a willingness to learn are valued. This is a full-time position with the benefit of working from home. The work location is in person.,
