Ensure regular coordination and motivation through reviews and incentive tracking. Installation Oversight Appoint, onboard, and monitor performance of district-level dealers. Track installation schedules and ensure timely completion within government-mandated deadlines (e.g., 60/120 days). Supervise installation partners and resolve on-ground challenges. Conduct periodic field visits to ensure execution quality. Quality Control Ensure installations meet technical and quality standards. Monitor site photos, installation checklists, and compliance reports. Address rework, customer complaints, and faulty installations. Productivity and Cost Effectiveness Improve productivity continuously (without compromising quality) and therefore, keep costs at optimum levels.
