Installation Engineer Trainee

As an Installation Engineer Trainee, you will play a crucial role in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and networks. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the installation and configuration of hardware and software systems. - Performing routine maintenance and system checks on Linux-based servers. - Monitoring network performance and promptly addressing any issues or outages. - Collaborating with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. - Maintaining detailed documentation of installation processes and system configurations. To excel in this role, you should meet the following key requirements: - Basic experience with Linux operating systems and command-line tools. - Understanding of network administration concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP. - Strong problem-solving abilities and aptitude for troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. - Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies. You are required to have an IT Diploma or BTech in IT/CSE or equivalent technical education. Additionally, you may also be involved in field visits to client locations for system installations and providing on-site client training to ensure user proficiency with new systems and software. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. The stipend offered is 10k per month, and the duration of the role is 6 months.
