Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement Instagram-first strategies to grow accounts organically from scratch to a thriving, loyal audience. - Conceptualize and create engaging Reels, Stories, and Carousel posts to increase reach and enhance user engagement. - Script writing and creation of monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and current trends. - Collaborate effectively with designers, videographers, and writers to execute impactful campaigns. - Monitor performance using Instagram Insights and other analytics tools, adjusting strategies based on data analysis. - Stay updated on new trends and features on Instagram to optimize content strategy. - Engage with followers, manage direct messages and comments, and foster a strong sense of community among followers. Qualifications Required: - 1-4 years of experience in Instagram strategy, content creation, or social media marketing. - Demonstrated ability to grow or manage Instagram accounts from inception (portfolio or handles are welcome for review). - Profound understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and growth techniques. - Creative mindset with a consistent approach to storytelling and visual aesthetics. - Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and refine content strategy accordingly. - Proficiency in utilizing Instagram tools such as Insights, Creator Studio, and scheduling applications. - Self-motivated, inquisitive, and open to experimentation to drive innovation.,
