Inspector

You have an urgent requirement for an Inspection Engineer - Mechanical with good years of experience in EPC Oil Gas Projects. Role Overview: As an Inspection Engineer (Mechanical), you will be responsible for visiting vendor locations for inspections as per the allotted inspection calendar. You will perform inspections in compliance with PO requirements, QAP, specifications, and drawings. Additionally, you will prepare inspection reports and release notes following SGS/Client formats. It is essential to submit inspection reports, inspection photographs, and supporting documents on the same day of inspection. Moreover, draft release notes should be submitted by the afternoon of the next day. You will also provide Entry/Exit calls to SGS Coordinator & client and attend inspection meetings with the client as required. Key Responsibilities: - Visit vendor locations for inspections as per the allotted inspection calendar - Perform inspections according to PO requirements, QAP, specifications, and drawings - Prepare inspection reports and release notes as per SGS/Client format - Submit inspection reports, inspection photographs, and supporting documents on the same day of inspection - Provide Entry/Exit calls to SGS Coordinator & client - Attend inspection meetings with the client as required Qualifications Required: - Essential: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Desirable: Candidates with experience in the TPI Agency are preferred - Experience Profile: Minimum 7 years of experience for BE/ 10 years for Diploma holders - Industry/ Sector: Third Party Inspection services/ EPC Projects inspection Sector/Heavy Fabrication/Pump & Valve Industry If you have worked in the TPI Agency, possess CSWIP/AWS Qualifications, and Painting/Coating Qualifications (NACE/BGAS Level-II), it will be considered advantageous.,
