1. To conduct 100% visual inspections of the Gear components (Machined) as per the Control plan before final dispatch.
2. To document the deviations as found during the Inspection activity.
3. To ensure components are free from burrs, dents, damage, cracks, lapping, scaling, missing operations, forging defects, etc.
4. To ensure the Accepted Tag is attached to the OK components, and the Rejected Tag is attached to the NOT OK components.
5. To collaborate with the production team and recommend CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
6. To participate in the daily production review meetings, discuss the challenges, maintain documentation, and contribute to learning and development programs.
7. Coordinate with the Consultants and any other External Service providers as per the requirements.
8. To manage the Organizations wellness habits, preserve and nurture the culture of the organization.
9. Maintain data security and confidentiality.
10. Act as a substitute in the absence of your colleague and take emergent responsibilities.
11. To act according to the company's HR policies, rules, and regulations.
