Your responsibilities as a Workforce Insourcing Lead will involve defining and managing the multi-year global insourcing plan for GCIO. This includes transitioning the organization's composition to have a higher percentage of permanent employees by 2028. You will work closely with HR and GCIO Leadership to develop hiring and insourcing strategies aligned with the organization's goals and workforce requirements.
