ASAPP is looking for an Insights Analyst to join the Insights & Strategy Team to guide data-driven recommendations that will shape the evolution of Generative AI and customer experiences. As an Insights Analyst, you will work closely with Customer Growth, Product Teams, and large enterprise customers to analyze consumer interactions with top brands, providing strategic guidance to enhance customer experiences and drive growth. Your primary responsibilities will involve analyzing Generative AI deployments to uncover strategic recommendations for performance improvements. **Role Overview:** - Analyze Generative AI deployments at large enterprises to provide strategic recommendations for growth and performance enhancements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with large enterprises to shape their Generative AI strategies through data-driven insights. - Serve as a strategic partner to influence account strategy and product roadmaps. - Analyze user engagement with Generative AI, identify pain points, opportunities for improvement, and quantify value delivered. - Synthesize findings into compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences. - Identify innovative ways to analyze data at scale. - Write custom SQL queries to fulfill data requests. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field; or equivalent work experience. - 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, strategy, consulting, or similar roles. - Proficient in SQL with the ability to write and interpret queries. - Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint or Google Slides. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
