Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Understand student/parent needs and suggest suitable courses or learning solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, objection handling, and closing.
  • Follow up regularly with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
