Inside Sales Specialist - EdTech

As an Inside Sales Specialist, your primary role will involve conducting product demonstrations, qualifying leads, and managing customer onboarding. You will be expected to excel in virtual presentations, nurture client relationships, and successfully convert prospects into long-term users. Your fluency in Hindi, target-driven mindset, and strong communication skills will be crucial for achieving success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver clear, engaging, and personalized online product demos using platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom. - Manage inbound leads, assess prospects, and implement effective follow-up strategies to secure sales. - Supervise the complete customer onboarding process to guarantee seamless product adoption and user satisfaction. - Maintain precise records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system. - Collaborate with product and marketing teams by sharing valuable customer feedback and insights to enhance continuous improvement efforts. Required Qualifications & Skills: - 6 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or related roles (including internships). - Strong verbal and written communication skills enabling the delivery of impactful product presentations. - Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish and cultivate enduring client relationships. - Driven by goals, self-motivated, and consistent in meeting or surpassing sales targets. - Mandatory fluency in Hindi.
