Inside Sales Representative (Voice & Chat Process)

As an Inside Sales Executive at Orange Health Lab in Venkata Reddy Layout, Bangalore, you will utilize your 13 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, and Chat Process to assist customers in selecting the appropriate diagnostic services. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound sales calls, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable health packages, providing clear explanations of pricing and services, handling objections effectively, maintaining accurate CRM records, and consistently achieving or surpassing monthly sales targets. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, along with strong persuasion and active listening abilities. A target-driven mindset, familiarity with CRM tools, and a background in healthcare or diagnostics would be advantageous. The compensation package for this position includes a fixed salary of 4.60 LPA, a performance-based variable of 1.80 LPA, leading to a total potential CTC of 6.40 LPA.
