Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative with cloud and cyber experience. The role is based in Rajkot, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, and customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing accounts and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have ISR experience in Cyber or Cloud
• Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Account Management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in cybersecurity or cloud services is required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
