As we expand our operations, we seek a dynamic Sales Representative to be the voice of AEW, bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and client needs. Job Summary: The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients. This position requires a blend of technical acumen, linguistic proficiency, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate product specifications and value propositions to a diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present suitable solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback. Sales Operations: Collect and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Generate sales orders and coordinate with internal teams for order execution. Monitor material delivery schedules and provide clients with regular updates. Technical Consultation: Understand and interpret technical specifications of sheet metal components. Assist clients in identifying appropriate parts based on their requirements. Collaborate with the engineering team to address custom specifications or modifications. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present monthly sales reports, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with the management team. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Technical Skills: Familiarity with sheet metal components and fabrication processes. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Gujarati, Marwadi, Hindi, English, and Marathi is essential to cater to a diverse client base. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proactive approach to problem-solving and client servicing.
