Role Overview As an Inside Sales Intern at Sun360, you will become an integral part of the dynamic sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, initiate leads, provide information about solar energy solutions offered by Sun360, and assist the sales team in finalizing deals. Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers sourced from our leads database. - Educate individuals about basic solar solutions and the products/services provided by Sun360 via phone conversations. - Schedule follow-up calls or coordinate site visits for the field sales or technical team. - Maintain detailed call logs and keep the CRM systems updated with the current status of leads. - Address customer inquiries promptly and focus on building strong customer relationships. - Support in email communications and aid in sales coordination activities. - Work towards understanding and achieving the team's monthly targets. Requirements: - Ideal candidates are BCA/B.Com/BBA graduates (Freshers are encouraged to apply). - Proficiency in spoken and written English, Konkani, and Hindi is essential. - Basic knowledge of computer operations including Excel and Word. - An interest in clean energy, sustainability, or technology is advantageous. - Willingness to learn and develop within a sales-driven environment.
