Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Academic Counsellor Intern to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Call and qualify potential leads before passing them to the sales team.Understand student requirements and provide basic guidance about PrepMeds courses.Conduct Video Calls (VCs) with students/parents when required.Follow up with interested leads to maximize conversions.Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM/Google Sheets.Assist the sales team in achieving targets through lead nurturing and engagement.Requirements:Strong communication and persuasion skills.Basic understanding of MS Excel and Google Sheets.Ability to handle objections and build relationships with leads.Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
