Inside Sales - Home Loans

As an Inside Sales Executive at finpe.app, you will be responsible for communicating with customers who inquire through the platform, understanding their home-loan requirements, explaining the savings offered by FinPe, assisting them through the loan process, and coordinating document collection. This role is well-suited for individuals with strong communication skills and prior experience in lending or home-loan products. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through finpe.app - Clearly explain home-loan savings and benefits to customers - Gather information on customer income, loan requirements, and eligibility - Guide customers through the refinance or new home-loan process - Assist in collecting, verifying, and submitting necessary documents - Coordinate with banking partners and internal operations team - Build trust with customers by explaining rate differences, savings, and the loan process - Drive lead-to-loan conversions using a consultative approach - Provide post-call support and follow-ups until the application is completed - Address customer inquiries professionally and clearly - Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and status in CRM - Report daily progress to the sales lead Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi (mandatory); Telugu or Kannada proficiency is an added advantage - Strong verbal communication skills with clarity - Good understanding of loan products, especially home loans - Prior experience in lending, NBFC, DSA, or home-loan domain for at least 1-5 years - Experience in inside sales or tele-calling for financial products - Comfort in a hybrid work model based in Chennai Please note that the compensation for this position will be based on experience, supplemented by performance incentives tied to conversions.,
