Job Description Inside Sales Reports To Inside Sales Manager Job Summary The Inside Sales -, under the direction of the Inside Sales Manager, will primarily be responsible to always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner. This position will maintain a high level of product and service knowledge. This role will also generate customer sales through cold calling and networking. The Inside Sales must possess three years of related sales experience and degree or diploma in a business- or sales-related field. Competencies Active Listening: The ability to pay full attention to customers, understand their needs, and respond appropriately Rapport Building: Developing genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients by being personable and remembering details about them Verbal and Written Communication: Excellent skills in both spoken and written communication for effective phone calls and emails Prospecting: Researching and identifying potential clients using various tools and techniques Negotiation and Closing: The ability to overcome objections and successfully close deals Time Management: Efficiently organizing tasks and prioritizing activities to maximize productivity Teamwork: Working effectively with other sales professionals and departments Conflict Management: Handling customer complaints and difficult situations professionally Adaptability: Quickly learning new technologies and adjusting to changing market conditions Job Requirements Degree or diploma in a business- or sales-related field and/or three years of related sales experience Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques Proven sales ability with capability to meet and surpass targets and goals Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands Ability to quickly pick up new product and service knowledge, and communicate that knowledge effectively to customers Demonstrated time management skills Exceptional objection-handling skills High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment High level of integrity and work ethic Valid driver's licence with a clean driving abstract Work hours are from 09:30 AM to 5:30PM (EST Canada) Work Conditions High levels of stress and pressure Interaction with customers/clients, and the public at large Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Operation of desktop computer and peripherals Company Benefits: Health Insurance for Self, Spouse, Kids and Parents, 18 Paid Leave per annum, 12 Sick Leave per annum, Team Meeting on every quarter, Assistance in creating home office environment, and if company recognised holidays falls on a weekend, the following workday will be considered as holiday.
