Dear Candidate We have opening for Inside Sales Executive for Xtragen.in Position- Inside Sales Executive No of opening- 5 Year of experience- min 1 year Language- Must be fluent in multiple Language (such as English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil ,Telgu ) Job at Xtragen.in involves engaging with potential and existing customers via phone to promote products, gather information, and drive sales. Responsibilities include outbound calls, inbound call handling, explaining products, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential customers to generate leads, explain product offerings, and build relationships. Inbound Call Handling: Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues. Sales and Conversions: Convince customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, and meet sales targets. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-up with leads, and ensure customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the products and services offered by Xtragen.in. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicate with customers, handle objections, and build rapport. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records in the CRM system. Follow-up and Persistence: Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive sales.
