Position: Inside Sales Expert (Cruise Sales / B2C )
Experience: 1 to 5 years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 32
Industry: Travel & Tourism – Cruise Sales

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or luxury services sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and convert potential leads via phone and digital platforms
• Customer-focused with strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Company, generate interest, and close sales on the call
• Clearly communicate cruise packages, features, benefits, and pricing
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable cruise options
• Address customer queries with up-to-date and accurate product information
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the team to share strategies and improve conversion rates
• Follow up on warm leads and inquiries to convert them into confirmed bookings
• Stay updated on industry trends, offers, and service enhancements
• Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all interactions
