Client - Sri Ram Life Insurance Job Description – Telesales Executive Digital Channel Job Title Telesales Executive Location Hyderabad Functional Digital Sales Sub Department Digital Channel PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Looking for a result-driven team member to be responsible for achieve the organization’s objectives and increase sales through Digital Process DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Should have the zeal in achieving targets & selling financial products • Should have at 6 months of experience in outbound sales, telesales environment. • Must have strong interpersonal skills. • Adequate experience of handling and successfully closing sales deals (complete sales cycle) • An aggressive personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for this role. Functional Skill Required: • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex sales situations. • Negotiation skills • Relationship building skills • Good knowledge of Business • Telephone Etiquette / Skills • Good analytical skills • Sales and negotiating skills • Organized • Ability to make own decisions REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: -Will be directly reporting to Team Leader MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Educational Qualifications 10+2, Any Graduate Minimum of 6 Months of experience in Telesales/BPO Excellent communication skills. Confidence and with strong negotiating skills. Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
