KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Company is looking to hire two female candidates who have prior experience in inside sales profile in IT industry and who have basic knowledge about information technology, cyber security and how IT industry works. Some key responsibilities are as mentioned below;

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to identify and qualify sales opportunities.

2. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.

4. Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services accordingly.

5. Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and delivery timelines.

6. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.

7. Collaborate with the OEM team to execute targeted campaigns.

8. Document and track all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

DESIRED PROFILE (KEY COMPETENCIES):

--------------------------------------------------------

1. Proven experience of 2 to 4 years as an Inside Sales Representative in IT Industry.

2. Basic knowledge of IT products and services, how IT industry works, and knowledge of Cyber security services would be a plus.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (preferred).

Willing to work at office at Okhla Phase I, South Delhi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
