Inside Sales Executive-Female

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced female Inside Sales Executive to handle telecalling and lead generation for our IT hardware solutions – CCTV, laptops, and printers. The role involves connecting with potential customers, generating qualified leads, and coordinating with the field sales team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to generate leads.
• Explain product offerings (CCTV, laptops, printers) and fix appointments for field sales.
• Maintain customer details and interactions in CRM.
• Support the field sales team by following up with prospective customers.
• Work towards achieving monthly lead and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Female candidates only (mandatory).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales / inside sales / telecalling.
• Preferred background: IT hardware / CCTV / electronics / B2B sales.
• Strong communication skills in English + local language.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
