Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate, located in Lucknow. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for managing inside sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Experience in Account Management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proactive and self-motivated approach to work
Relevant experience in the education or healthcare industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
