Inside Sales Associate (IT sales)

Role Overview: You are invited to join our Sales team as an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at multiple locations. You will be a valuable addition to our rapidly growing Sales team and contribute to our success story. Your role will involve in-depth product knowledge, assessing buyer needs, upselling, cross-selling, and analyzing industry insights. Key Responsibilities: - Identify business opportunities by prospecting and sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails. - Demonstrate eagerness to expand the company by acquiring new sales, clients, and territories. - Follow up on old leads while actively working on generating new leads. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, map accounts, identify key contacts, and decision-makers. - Take responsibility for lead generation and closing sales, conduct targeted email campaigns, and educate customers on our offerings. - Forecast sales goals, strategize for each account, demonstrate leadership, and exhibit strong teamwork and communication skills. Qualification Required: - In-depth product knowledge - Ability to assess buyer needs - Upselling and cross-selling experience - Strong technology expertise - Efficient time management skills - 1 year of experience in IT-Sales - Strong team player with leadership skills - Excellent communication skills Additional Details: Compensation will be as per industry standards. The job is full-time and permanent, with benefits like health insurance and Provident Fund. The workdays are Monday to Friday with weekend availability. The work location is in person.
