Inside Sales Associate (IT sales)

We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) to join our Sales team at multiple locations. You will be an integral part of our rapidly growing Sales team and contribute to our success story. As an ISR, you must possess in-depth product knowledge and the ability to assess buyer needs effectively. Upselling, cross-selling, and the capability to decipher market trends and analyze industry insights are key skills required for this role. Strong technology expertise and efficient time management are also essential qualities. Your responsibilities will include identifying business opportunities, sourcing new sales leads through various channels such as inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails. You will be expected to expand our company's sales, client base, and territories by following up on leads, developing client relationships, and identifying key contacts and decision-makers within accounts. Lead generation, sales closure, and conducting targeted email campaigns are also part of your job duties. To excel in this role, you should be able to forecast sales goals, think strategically for each account, demonstrate leadership skills, and be a collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring availability during day shifts from Monday to Friday with weekend availability.
