The ideal candidate for this position holds a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Spanish, Language Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Prior experience in teaching in an IB school or an international curriculum setting is preferred, along with familiarity with IB PYP, MYP, or DP frameworks. Strong communication skills, effective classroom management strategies, the ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners, and an innovative approach to language education are crucial for success in this role.
