The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed mechanical designs, preparing manufacturing drawings, and ensuring structural integrity and safety compliance of crane systems. You will work closely with production, quality, and project teams to deliver cost-effective and efficient crane solutions. Key Responsibilities:Design and develop mechanical components and systems for EOT cranes, including girders, end carriages, hoists, trolleys, wire ropes, and structural frames. Perform structural analysis and load calculations (static & dynamic) to ensure compliance with standards like IS, FEM, DIN, and CMAA. Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using Solidwork software . Select standard components such as motors, gearboxes, brakes, wheels, bearings, and couplings based on load and duty requirements. Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), fabrication drawings, and technical documentation. Collaborate with the electrical and controls teams for system integration.
