Performing the HOT FIX installation when required ,as an resolution for the SAS issue Troubleshooting the LAN mounting issues of the users and ensuring the content, present in the CIFS(Common Internet FileSystem) is brought to the SAS for further processing. Troubleshooting the Proc Export/Import issues raised by the users. Creating the thirdparty libraries using SAS Management Console when required.
