Innovation Consultant

Responsibilities Include

?Design and develop Workday Extend applications that embed Snowflake-

powered insights directly into the Workday UI

?Build and demo integrations between Workday and Snowflake, leveraging

Python, SQL, and Workday Extend APIs

?Collaborate with innovation leads and solution architects to understand

technical requirements and deliver iterative prototypes

?Participate in Avaaps internal Snowflake Boot Camp training to accelerate

ramp-up and align with standards

?Support ongoing innovation sprints and PoCs (proof of concepts)

Desired Experience and Skills

Workday Extend

Snowflake

Python

?Strong understanding of Workdays object model and integration points

?Demonstrated ability to build demos or proof-of-concept applications

?Snowflake certification or project experience, preferred

?Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments, preferred

?Exposure to Workday Reporting, Prism, or People Analytics, preferred

Minimum Qualifications

Must be willing to work Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the

ability to communicate effectively

Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
