Proactive Communication: Regularly engage with payers through calls or emails to swiftly resolve enrollment issues and keep processes moving. Provider Profile Management: Utilize platforms such as CAQH, Availity, Airtable, and Verifiable to maintain accurate, updated provider data. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across various time zones to enhance credentialing coordination. Key Responsibilities Support Revenue Cycle Operations: Assist with full-cycle RCM processes, including charge capture, claim submission, payment posting, denials management, and AR reconciliation. Ensure Data Accuracy & Quality: Audit claims, payments, and adjustments to identify discrepancies, ensure compliance, and maintain high data integrity across systems. Eligibility Operations: Investigate eligibility or benefits questions that cannot be resolved through our real-time eligibility tools. Engage with payers and internal teams to clarify coverage details and resolve exceptions. Reporting & Analysis: Use spreadsheets and dashboards to track KPIs such as clean claim rate, denial rate, and days in AR. Support the team lead in identifying trends, root causes, and process improvement opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with billing, clinical operations, and data teams to resolve escalations, maintain workflows, and improve automation accuracy. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to SOP development and system optimization initiatives. Proactively identify ways to enhance efficiency and accuracy across RCM and eligibility workflows.
