Ink Chemist/ Asst. Chemist

Responsibilities:

• Procurement of raw materials from local and out-of-territory suppliers

• Coordination with Stores, Production, Marketing, and Accounts departments

• Inventory control and management

• Assist in New Product Development (NPD) and cost-reduction initiatives

• Global sourcing and purchasing as per company requirements

• Material planning, scheduling, and purchase order follow-ups

• Handle enquiries, quotations, and supplier negotiations

• Knowledge of Import-Export operations, taxes, and duties

• Understanding of mechanical/electrical components and relevant raw materials

Candidate Profile:

• B. Com Graduate with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

• Should have handled procurement functions in Packaging, Ink, or related industries

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and purchase documentation

• Stability in past employment (at least 3 years in one company preferred)

• Local candidates will be given first preference

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
