Injection Moulding Supervisor (Production)

The Production Supervisor position in injection molding industry requires a candidate with a Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related field. The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a minimum of 12 years in a supervisory role. The salary for this position will be based on the interview, along with ESI and PF benefits. The job location is in Maraimalai Nagar, and the role involves working in rotational shifts. As a Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met with high quality, efficiency, and safety standards. You will be required to supervise and coordinate production activities and personnel to meet daily production schedules. Additionally, maintaining inventory of materials and coordinating with the warehouse or procurement team will be part of your duties. It is essential to ensure that finished products meet the required quality standards by closely working with the Quality Control department.
