Job Description

Team and production management: Supervise and lead the injection molding team to ensure efficient production processes and meet output targets.
Process monitoring and optimization: Monitor and control injection molding processes to maintain high-quality output, and implement continuous improvement techniques to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Equipment maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot injection molding equipment to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production.
Scheduling and planning: Develop and implement production schedules, and coordinate with planning departments to meet customer demands.
Quality control: Ensure product quality by monitoring processes, conducting inspections, and addressing quality deviations and customer complaints.
Inventory management: Manage the inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
Training and safety: Train and mentor new employees on job duties and safe working practices, and ensure all team members adhere to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Cross-departmental collaboration: Work with other departments like quality control and maintenance to ensure a smooth overall production flow.

Required skills and qualifications

Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment.
Good understanding of manufacturing, production planning, and quality inspection.
Ability to train and mentor employees.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Typically requires a diploma or degree in a relevant field like mechanical, production, or industrial engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,680.35 - ₹25,000.00 per month
