Injection Moulding Machine Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Machine Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Ferromatik Milacron injection molding machines to ensure smooth production and high-quality output. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with molding processes.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Ferromatik Milacron injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Install and align molds, adjust processing parameters, and optimize cycle times.
• Troubleshoot machine and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct mold trials for new products and materials.
• Ensure production quality meets company and customer standards.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines and molds.
• Maintain accurate production logs, records, and process documentation.
• Follow all safety standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/ Polymer/ Plastics or Production Engineering.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in injection molding (preferably on Ferromatik Milacron machines).
• Knowledge of plastic materials, machine operations, and quality inspection.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
