Job Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day injection molding operations
* Set, monitor & optimize machine parameters
* Troubleshoot molding defects & ensure quality output
* Oversee mold changeover, setup & maintenance coordination
* Manage operators, assign tasks & maintain discipline
* Ensure production targets, quality standards & safety compliance
Requirements:
* 4–5+ years of experience in plastic injection molding
* Strong technical know-how of molds, machines & materials
* Ability to lead a team and handle shift operations
* Good communication & problem-solving skills
