Injection Molding Machine Supervisor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supervising daily production activities related to injection molding operations. Your main tasks will include allocating manpower, assigning duties to machine operators and helpers, ensuring smooth machine operation, troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring machine settings, coordinating with the maintenance team, maintaining proper documentation, implementing safety practices, conducting training for staff, working closely with the Quality Control team, and optimizing machine cycle time. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily production activities related to injection molding operations - Allocate manpower and assign duties to machine operators and helpers - Ensure smooth machine operation and troubleshoot any technical issues on the shop floor - Monitor machine settings and parameters to maintain quality and efficiency - Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance and repairs - Maintain proper documentation of production output, downtime, and material usage - Implement and enforce safety practices and ensure a clean working environment - Conduct training and skill development for junior staff and new operators - Work closely with the Quality Control team to address defects and quality concerns - Optimize machine cycle time and reduce material wastage Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum 4 years of experience in operating and supervising injection molding machines (Note: The job type is full-time with day shift and rotational shift schedules.
